Privacy Policy

1. Overview

CutFlow (“we,” “us”) operates cutflow.io, booking software for service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using CutFlow, you acknowledge this policy.

2. Data we collect

• Account data — name, email, password (stored hashed), shop name, slug, address, bio, logo, and settings for business and customer accounts.
• Bookings and clients — appointment details, services, staff assignments, client names, emails, phones, notes, and related history entered by businesses or customers.
• Billing — subscription plan, Stripe customer and subscription IDs, and payment status. Card numbers are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card details on our servers.
• Communications — messages you send via the contact form, and transactional emails we send (confirmations, reminders, password resets, trial notices).
• Technical data — cookies and session tokens for authentication, basic device/browser information, and usage needed to operate and secure the Service (including analytics tools such as Vercel Analytics where enabled).

3. How we use data

• Provide booking pages, dashboards, and account features
• Send transactional email via Resend (booking confirmations, reminders, password resets, welcome and trial emails)
• Process subscriptions and invoices via Stripe
• Respond to support inquiries (including to contactburak@gmail.com / support@cutflow.io)
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve reliability
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your client lists for third-party marketing.

4. Processors and sharing

We share data with service providers who help us run CutFlow:

• Stripe — payment processing and billing portal
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Hosting / infrastructure — e.g. Vercel and our database/storage providers

Businesses using CutFlow act as controllers of their client data; CutFlow processes that data to provide the Service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

5. Cookies and sessions

We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in sessions (including NextAuth / session cookies) and essential site functionality. These are required for logged-in features. Analytics cookies or similar signals may be used to understand aggregate traffic. You can control cookies in your browser; blocking essential cookies may prevent login.

6. Retention

We retain account and booking data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Transactional email logs may be retained by our email provider according to their policies. You may request deletion as described below.

7. Security

We use industry-standard practices such as hashed passwords, HTTPS, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use a strong unique password.

8. Your rights and deletion

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data. To request account or data deletion, email support@cutflow.io or contactburak@gmail.com from the address on your account, or use the contact form.

Business owners who store client data are responsible for honoring their clients' privacy requests for information they control inside CutFlow.

9. Children

CutFlow is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International transfers

We may process data in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. By using CutFlow, you understand your information may be transferred to those locations.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
